摘要
Various position-sensitive charged particle detectors were made from high-purity germanium with different structures to be used for coincidence measurements in nuclear reaction experiments. The techniques employed for their fabrication were ion implantation and photolithography. The setup of the detector systems is described, problems are discussed, and the evaluation of tests with particle beams, also by directly irradiating the detectors, is presented. © 1990.
