摘要：

Human 8 to 16 week placentas and WO strain human choriocarcinomatous tissue were grown in tissue cultures in the rocker and conventional static systems. A report of the cytologic observations, immunofluorescent staining, and gonadotropin production of these cultures is presented. The findings and differences of the cultures in the two systems are discussed. The stimulatory effect of placental extract on the tissue culture growth is noted. © 1969.
