摘要：

Renal imaging was performed to evaluate a 12-year-old girl with newly diagnosed Turner's syndrome for the presence of associated renal anomalies. Planar, pinhole, and SPECT Tc-99m DMSA images, as well as an ultrasonogram, revealed the presence of a right crossed fused renal ectopia that was elongated and extended across the spine into the left lower abdomen.
