摘要
This paper describes a high efficiency multicrystalline silicon solar cell having a conversion efficiency of 15.6% for 15 cm x 15 cm substrate made by the casting method in Osaka Titanium Co., Ltd. (OTC). A large area multicrystalline silicon solar cell with a front electrode made by the lift-off method has been fabricated in order to conduct a research on the possibility of obtaining high efficiency solar cells.
