摘要：
In this work, design and application of a content management system which can be interactive updating for scientific journals is realized. This system is applied for "Journal of Polytechnic" which is scientific journal of Gazi University, Technical Education Faculty and it has been published at http://www.politeknik.gazi.edu.tr since 2003. With this designed system there is no need an expert for updating of articles which is published in the journal and it is possible to update from administrator panel.
