摘要：

We describe the case of a 15-month old female who suffered BLAST trauma, with multiple lesions to the face, thorax, abdomen and extremities. In surgery, a right atrium wound was identified and required suturing. Penetrating cardiac trauma is infrequent in the pediatric population. However, due to internal conflict and guerrilla warfare in Colombia, children are at risk of this kind of BLAST trauma.
