摘要:
Skin biopsies from six patients with chronic Trichophyton rubrum infection were screened for HLA-DR, adhesion molecule expression and lymphocyte markers. Five showed reduced keratinocyte labelling for the intercellular adhesion molecule, ICAM-1, in the presence of HLA-DR. These findings suggest an in situ modulation of the cellular immune response.
