摘要
Theranostics of GEP-NETs based on 68Ga-labeled SSTa PET imaging and targeted therapy applying PRRT with 90Y-labeled and/or 177Lu-labeled SSTa has paved the way for personalized medicine ( Fig. 3). Future directions include the clinical use of somatostatin antagonists as targeting peptides for imaging and therapy47 and the development of novel receptor-targeting radiopharmaceuticals that hold promise for theranostics of NETs.
