摘要
This review summarises the work done to mid 1991 on oxygen analysis using charged particle beams. Light ions (p, d, He) in the energy range 0 to 4 MeV are emphasised. Nuclear reaction analysis for the isotopes of oxygen are considered in detail particularly (p, alpha), (d, p), (d, alpha) and He-3 induced reactions and the latest nuclear and cross section data presented.
