摘要：
This paper will delve into the ideas of FlorestanFernandes about social change and his interpretation of Brazil in an effort to theorize about the model of modern society his works present. This paper will state that his idea of society is crossed by ideological and utopian elements because of the expectations created by the historical context in which his sociological ideas bloom.
