摘要
The statistical distribution function of "Hum Noise", which is a 100 or 120Hz pure tone which generates a complex standing wave near AC transmission lines, is derived from the random walk theory. The results are verified by comparing them with data measured on Akagi test line. Furthermore in order to evaluate the Hum Noise level near transmission lines a concept of a temporal and spatial average level is derived, and a method yielding it is shown.
