摘要：
This paper summarises briefly the discussions that took place within the REACT working group on the role of changes in land use and crop selection in agricultural countermeasures. It emphasises that the choice of the most suitable countermeasure should take into account not only the total dose saved but also the economic, social and ecological implications.
