PURIFICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF BETA-GLUCOSIDASE FROM BOTRYTIS-CINEREA

摘要
The beta-glucosidase of a phytopathogenic fungus, B. cinerea, was purified and characterized. The optimum pH and temperature for activity of the enzyme were 3.0 and 60 degrees C. The beta-glucosidase was stable up to 50 degrees C and between pH 4.0-10.0. The M(r) was 380,000. The affinity of the enzyme for oligosaccharides tended to increase in parallel with their chain length.
