The Authors describe a cutaneous recurrence of a thyroid follicular cancer, immediately above the thyroid nodule, in a 76-year-old woman with advanced multiple myeloma, 8 mo after a fine-needle aspiration biopsy performed with 22-gauge needles. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
