摘要：
The small filled sausages which were discussed at the colloquium on food legislation during the 1987 Kulmbach Week are not only on the market in the EC but also in Germany. The subject of the present work is how these sausages should be declared and how they are made. Manufacturing instructions for other filled foods on a meat basis. and how to declare them, are also given.
