摘要：
The internationalization of human rights entails the internationalization of criminal law itself. Is this harvest of International Criminal Law emerges the issue of international human-trafficking as a crime against humanity. This article aims mainly to investigate the crime of international human-trafficking into the Brazilian law and the Rome Statute.
