摘要：
We continue in this Note the study started in [1] of the ocean/atmosphere system. In [1] we derived the equations of the ocean and of the atmosphere separately. In the present Note we present a system of equations coupling the ocean and the atmosphere and we are able, for this system, to establish the existence of a solution defined for all time.
