摘要
The CT characteristics of three cases of sternoclavicular pyarthrosis are reported. These cases demonstrate the value of CT in the early detection of the septic sternoclavicular joint and the associated osteomyelitis. The role of CT in the follow-up evaluation and guided needle aspirations of these infectious processes is also discussed. © 1990 Raven Press, Ltd., New York.
