摘要：
In areas with a sparse telecommunications infrastructure, services can best be provided by using the same hardware and software that is used for more densely populated regions. The article explains Alcatel CIT's proposal based on the use of equipment from the Alcatel 1000 E10 range. In particular, the OCB283 Compact connection and control subsystem and the CSN digital subscriber access unit are briefly described with the conditions in which they can be used.
