摘要
An electric field sensor is prepared using a ferroelectric liquid-crystal cell and optical fiber systems. Transmission light intensity through the cell is modulated by an ac electric field and its amplitude increases in good proportion to the electric field strength (from approximately 10 Hz to 5 kHz), covering a wide range from approximately 10 V/cm to more than 5 kV/cm.
