摘要
This scientific opinion of EFSA deals with the risk assessment of the substance poly(12-hydroxystearic acid) stearate, CAS No. 58128-22-6, REF. No. 80345 for which the CEF Panel concluded that there is no safety concern for the consumer if its migration does not exceed 5 mg/kg food.
