摘要：

Madrid has recently become a tourist city of the first order, so it is necessary to conduct a study about its negative and positive effects. Likewise, the sustainable tourism of the city will be studied from the point of view of urbanism and the environment, especially in regard to the substantial changes in the morphology that have originated in Madrid; In addition to the incorporation of collaborative platforms in the tourism sector, which have changed the market norms.
