The complex impedance and ac conductance investigations over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies for solution grown films of CuInse(2) are carried out. The complex impedance plots are semicircular arcs with centre below the real axis indicating a dipolar and multirelaxation behaviour of CuInSe2. Temperature and frequency dependent ac conductance studies are also made for the sample. The temperature dependence of ac conductance for CuInSe2 can be well explained by Correlated Barrier Hopping model and is found to be dominated by bipolaron hopping.
