摘要：

The article presents an analysis of the main forms of harmonization of Russian legislation in the international legal aspect. One of the directions called preventing or eliminating the symptoms of disharmony Russian law and universally recognized norms and principles of international law. As priority harmonization mechanisms considered reception of international law and ratified international treaties.
