摘要
A previously described minimum of the interphase tension between water and heptane was not confirmed. Experimental evidence shows that the interphase tension on the interface of solutions of gelatin and serum albumin with heptane passes through a sharp minimum which becomes deeper in height with an increase in the concentration of the protein and with an increase in the height of the heptane layer.
