摘要：

The article deals with the modification of the optical beam used for optical trapping of biological microobject. Proposed a more efficient distribution of intensity in a crescent. For the proposed distribution is made DOE experimentally evaluated its diffraction efficiency. Theoretical estimates of power characteristics of beams half-moon, and the results of experiments on the optical trapping with such beams.
