COCATION EFFECT IN CATALYTIC PROPERTY OF COPPER ION-EXCHANGED ZSM-5 ZEOLITES FOR THE DIRECT DECOMPOSITION OF NITROGEN MONOXIDE

摘要
The coexistence of metal cations such as alkaline earth and transition metal cations with Cu ions in ZSM-5 zeolites promoted the catalytic activity of Cu ion for the direct decomposition of nitrogen monoxide at temperatures above 450-degrees-C. The promotion effect was found to depend on the ion exchange mode.
