CYCLIC 2-(91, 6, 1) DESIGNS WITH MULTIPLIER AUTOMORPHISMS

摘要
It is shown that the only cyclic 2-(91, 6, 1) designs which have full automorphism group of order greater than 91 are the McCalla design (with group of order 91.12), the Mills design (with group of order 93.3), and the Colbourn and Colbourn design (with group of order 91.4). In particular, the only block-transitive 2-(91, 6, 1) designs are the McCalla and Mills designs.
