Arthroscopic J-span implantation for chronic shoulder instability with glenoid bone loss

We present the case of a 25-year-old female patient with recurrent shoulder dislocations. After a failed arthroscopic shoulder capsulorrhaphy the patient underwent arthroscopic J-span implant iliac crest bone graft. The clinical scores showed excellent results 2 years after the reoperation and the computed tomography scan showed restoration of the glenoid cavity and complete healing of the graft. The patient was free of complaints and was able to perform all sporting activities without any restrictions.
