摘要
Within the last few years there have been an increasing number of patients with end stage renal desease (ESRD). But the increase is not offset by the amount of the maximum service ESRD therapy. Compared with countries in the world, a renal transplant in Indonesia is still far behind. One of the hurdles is still weak due to regulatory support renal transplant in Indonesia. This article aims to look at the policy issues become an obstacle in the implementation of a renal transplant in Indonesia. This paper uses methods of regulatory reviews and articles related to a renal transplant. The analysis shows that the legal basis for a renal transplant in the form of existing legislation. However, the absence of specific regulations for a renal transplant and the decease donor in the form of technical instructions and guidelines for implementation rules became one of the obstacles in the development of renal transplantation in Indonesia. Renal transplants are covered by government funding, but still found gaps allocation of the amount of financing required a renal transplant so that implementation of clinical pathways on budgetary renal transplant is needed.
