摘要
FeCl3 reacts with ClOTeF5 under formation of Fe(OTeF5)3. From SO2ClF solutions an adduct Fe(OTeF5)3 . 3SO2ClF can be crystallized. This has a distorted octahedral iron oxygen co-ordination. The solvate-free compound is trigonal-planar, according to its Mossbauer spectrum. It has an extreme reactivity towards bases. Only alkanes and perfluoro-alkanes remain unaffected. Attempts to coordinate P(OC2H5)3 in SO2ClF solution result in a complex reaction under formation of [P(OC2H5)4]+ [Te2Cl9]- and iron fluoride(s).
