摘要
The paper contains three parts. Part 1 analyses the need to represent and manipulate knowledge in the design of Production Management Systems (PMS). Part 2 examines the utilisation of various significant AI techniques in knowledge representation and manipulation. Part 3 suggests an activity-situation algebra to facilitate the PMS design. © 1990.
