摘要：
Steady social and economic development of separate territories is based, first of all, on satisfaction of vital needs of present generation of people at preservation of such possibility for the future generations. Such development should lean against integration of interests of all participants of territorial steady interaction. In article the mechanism of the coordination of interests of subjects of economic interaction on an example of small cities of the Rostov region is described.
