摘要：

The article deals with the methods of moral incentives of the members of Don, Kuban and Stavropol collective farms in 1930s, describes and characterizes the most wide-spread methods, such as "shame" and "honour" boards, burlap flags, etc., determines the efficiency of the above listed methods in optimization of Don, Kuban and Stavropol collective farms productivity.
