摘要
Multi-component solid solutions Bi2-x(Sb, Ln)(x)Te3-y-zSeySz have been synthesized and their thermoelectric properties examined by means of physical-chemical analysis. It revealed that material of Bi1,88Sb0,06Nd0,06Te2,82Se0,09 composition is characterized by high thermoelectric effectiveness (Z = 3,52.10(3) K-1).
