摘要：

The study analyzes the different trends that exist about the curricular renewal that must exist in the teaching and learning processes of higher education, through innovation. This leads to the development of quality innovation projects that transform and improve the working conditions of the teaching staff, improve the functioning of the university institution and renew the teacher evaluation systems.
