It is shown in the paper that the nonlinear scatterers t.e. simply re-emit the signal with additional non-linear products in the spectrum, but also generates a so-called chaotic oscillations. Thanks to it a method of recognition the chaotic condition degree of characteristic oscillations of the emitted nonlinear scatterers with the identification parameter - the coefficient of variability, is proposed. The possibility of identification of nonlinear scatterers on certain classes, which correspond to specific ranges of values of identification parameters of the first and second order, is grounded. The use of a model based on Volterra series, which allows to take into account secondary telltale internal effects in nonlinear structures in a nonlinear radar and to avoid the complexity of the classification of nonlinear scatterers in the appropriate classes by the method of least squares is proposed.
