摘要：
The characteristics of one-electrode In2O3-based gas sensors are presented. The sensors exhibit high sensitivity to noxious and explosive gases, high reliability, performance stability and short response time. Possibilities of adjusting sensor characteristics by changing the chemical composition and structure of the semiconductor material are shown.
