摘要
Customers are making increasing use of a wide range of services with a variety of customer equipment. To meet these growing customer demands, an integrated service management concept is being developed with the emphasis on providing familiar and friendly customer access. This article outlines the philosophy of integrated service management and shows, by use of examples, how different operations are handled by the service and network control layers.
