摘要
High temperature behavior of nanosized tungsten carbide particles produced by different methods was studied. At the temperature range 953...1110 degrees C and pressure of 20 Pa the tungsten carbide particles are tend to sintering. The reaction of nanosized plasma-chemical synthesized particles of WC with cobalt occurs at temperatures that are 100...200 degrees C lower than in the case of coarse WC particles.
