摘要
On the basis of a recent clinical case which reached our observation we have thought to expose the guide lines for prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis in pregnancy. Venus thrombo-embolism remains a major cause of mortality and morbidity in association with pregnancy and puerperium. Pregnancy can represent a predisposition to deep venous thrombosis. Specific risk factors can be identified before or during pregnancy and delivery. Thanks to the introduction of new diagnostic strategies, such as Echo-Color-Doppler and the plasmatic dosage of D-dimmer, it is possible to prevent deep venous thrombosis and avoid thrombo-embolic complications. The elasto-compression of the inferior limbs and the pharmacologic treatment with LMWH represent, in risk subjects, a good protocol of prevention.
