摘要
Hydrazine reacts with C5H5Fe(CO)3+ to form first a carbazoyl intermediate which then loses NH3 to give an isocyanate complex. [formula-ommited] The reaction with some methyl-substituted hydrazines proceeds in the same manner. The isocyanate product may also be prepared by the reaction of C5H5Fe(CO)3+ with N3- or NCO−. With CN− and NCS−, the cationic carbonyl yields C5H5Fe(CO)2(CN) and the N-bonded isomer of C5H5Fe(CO)2(NCS), respectively.
