Bioethics through Justice Health has opened an important area for compressing, analysis and intervention of bioethics beyond the relationship between doctor and patient. The problem of justice in health resources opens space for the discussion on our continent towards a multiplicity of gaps and problems existing and growing as extreme poverty, the wide disparities by gender, ethnicity or sexual preference. Structural reforms and the accelerated globalization, increased poverty and social rehierarchization need to be addressed in the bioethics analysis and intervention. Bioethics should take the various challenges it poses our plight, which leads to the need for bioethics socially and politically active as Potter rose at the end of his life.
