摘要：

The purpose of the article is the study of the constitutional development of France in 1830-1848, expressed in the ideology of Orleanism that became an example of liberal-conservative synthesis. The article focuses on the analysis of LiberalOrleanists' views on the main theoretical and practical problems: the interpretation of the categories of "Freedom", the concepts of "middle class" and "bourgeoisie"; their position on social reformism; foreign policy program. In the conclusion of the article the causes of the July Monarchy crisis are considered and resumed.
