摘要
Optimal exploitation of a reversible cold rolling mill passes through the use of a self-adaptive mathematical model based on the universal mechanical laws. Indeed, the diagram calculation helps to improve the quality of the products by allowing the actuators to work in optimum conditions. Thanks to performant thickness adjustments, the target thickness is obtained with tight tolerances on almost the whole length of the strip. The use of a simulator enables advanced operating tests and a decrease in the time needed for putting into service.
