摘要：

The Code of Canon law promulgated on the 25th January 1983, whose passive subject is the catholic church of the latin rite, wants to be the first heir of the Vatican council II. Its direct fountain are the four constitutions and all the decrees that immanated from the council, whose rich contents should applied in the daily pilgrimage of the people of God here and now.
