摘要
An acousto-optic (A/O) deflector has been introduced to act as a multi-functional fine actuator. A 3-dimensional spot wobbling method with A/O deflector has been proposed, and detection characteristics of focusing and tracking error signals have been confirmed. A high speed optical disk control system, together with good access performance, has been achieved.
