摘要：
A model is developed to meet some of the criteria for a holographic-heterarchical organization. The model is intended to be used as a reference model at the meta level, integrating the work of J. G. Miller, S. Beer, and R. L. Ackoff. The primary objective is to design a holographic organization that can learn, adapt, create, and change in conjunction with rapid changes in the environment.
