摘要：
An example is given for which spectral fluctuations of a quantum system coincide with those of the Gaussian orthogonal ensemble (GOE), although the system is not chaotic in the classical limit. This shows that GOE-like fluctuations are not an unambiguous fingerprint of quantum chaos. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
