Implementation of a business leadership that improves the effective communication in enterprises located in an Ecuadorian city

Due to the fact that some companies located in the province of El Oro, Ecuador do not have adequate communication and leadership, concern arises that they could be economically affected, causing a deep damage in the organizational climate. Both the communication and the leadership by nature are essential and fundamental in any type of entity since they constitute its well-being and development, in addition, having excellent internal and external communication would help to fulfill the objectives in a faster way. The study was carried out in the city of Machala, El Oro province. The methodology proposed in the research was descriptive and qualitative, that is, observation and bibliographic review of scientific articles and case studies were used. Exploratory and inductive methods were used in the project. It was possible to conclude that companies in Machala, El Oro province do not apply the essential leadership as it is the transformational one, as well as they lack effective communication for the success and enrichment of themselves.
